Flagpoles Etc. | Wixom, Michigan
We’re hiring an experienced welder who can TIG weld aluminum, MIG weld steel, and stick weld steel pipe . You’ll fabricate flagpole components and other metal parts, working from measurements and specifications to produce clean, accurate welds.

Help receive and unload deliveries, move and organize materials, and support production. We need someone who is comfortable doing both kinds of work and takes pride in doing them well.
What you’ll do
- Cut, fit, assemble, weld, and finish metal components.
- Check your work for accuracy, strength, and appearance.
- Keep your work area organized and work safely.
- Help unload trucks, stage materials, and handle shop and warehouse tasks as needed.
What you need
- Hands-on experience with all three: TIG, MIG, and stick welding .
- Strong aluminum TIG welding skills and experience welding steel.
- The ability follow fabrication specifications.
- Experience using welding, cutting, grinding, and other common shop tools.
- Dependability and a willingness to help the team wherever the day’s work takes you.
- Fabrication experience.
