LHH is partnering with an AmLaw and Vault 100 ranked mid-sized firm based in New York City seeking to grow their Real Estate department.

This opportunity offers the chance to work on sophisticated, high-profile real estate matters within a collaborative and genuinely collegial environment that emphasizes mentorship, long-term development, and meaningful responsibility. The group is known for providing associates with direct client exposure and hands-on experience across a broad range of complex transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of sophisticated real estate experience, including leasing, conveyancing, design, construction, and development matters . Admission to the New York Bar is required.

Highlights of the role:

• 1850 billable hours requirement
• Hybrid model (3 days/week in office)
• $310K - $405k base salary, commensurate with experience
• Open to reduced-hours arrangements, with compensation prorated accordingly
