• Manage daily site operations and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate construction activities in an active facility with critical equipment in operation.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, who will provide support throughout the project.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and trade partners to maintain project progress.

• Superintendent experience on commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• MEP experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on electrical and HVAC systems.

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

This is a Contract position based out of North Reading, MA.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
