Learn more at jnj.com.Role OverviewThe Senior Director, Regional Head of Technology MedTech EP-CNV Americas – consisting of US, Canada and LATAM – is a business strategist and product‑minded technology leader who partners closely with the regional MedTech leadership team to shape growth strategies, modernize platforms, and deliver differentiated digital and AI capabilities for customers and patients. This leader serves as the critical point of connection between business strategy and technology execution, developing technology as a competitive advantage for the region and business.You will lead a business‑facing technology organization in the region, orchestrating the full breadth of JJT products, platforms, and services to maximize value, speed, and quality for the MedTech portfolio. You will engage deeply with senior business leaders (e.g., Company Group Chair/Regional Leadership Teams) to define priorities and deliver outcomes. The EP-CNV business encompasses digital surgery/robotics platforms, OR integration, imaging and computer vision, field service digitization, supply continuity and instrument lifecycle analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & OutcomesCo‑create the regional technology strategy for Surgery in alignment with MedTech business goals; translate strategy into a prioritized multi‑year product and platform roadmap with clear value outcomesDevelop technology as a competitive advantage—accelerating innovation, simplification, and go‑to‑market agility across priority markets and franchises. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
