You will lead cross-channel demand generation efforts, guide experimentation and optimization, and partner with analytics and product teams to bring measurable, scalable impact. You will manage a team with direct reports and you'll report to our Vice President, Insurance Services.Your responsibilities will include:New Channel & Lead Source EnablementEvaluate and pilot new acquisition channels, platforms, and lead sources in partnership with channel ownersDesign structured test-and-learn frameworks for exploratory channelsBuild channel pilot plans and strategy, success criteria, and scale or kill recommendationsBuild documentation, plans, and enablement materials to grow successful pilotsChannel Execution SupportManage a large marketing portfolio spanning multiple channels and partners driving to Experian InsuranceImprove execution standards across channel owners and performance marketing teams, ensuring best practices in optimization, testing, and scalingSet direction on budget allocation, pacing frameworks, and performance diagnosticsStandardize processes and operating rhythms across channelsAnalytics, Targeting & Decision Support EnablementPartner with analytics and decision science teams to improve targeting, segmentation, and lead scoringPromote optimization of decision systems, including routing and bidding logicTranslate funnel and cohort insights into relevant recommendationsManage demand forecasting and scenario planning across channels, connecting spend, lead volume, conversion, partner capacity, and ROAS assumptions to inform growth strategy, budget allocation, and scale-versus-efficiency tradeoffs.Experimentation & Learning SystemsEstablish experimentation frameworks across channelsPartner with Product to prioritize and guide testing of marketing UX to improve customer conversionEnsure insights from pilots are embedded into ongoing executionCombine cross-channel insights to inform and prioritize growth investmentQualifications10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growthExperience managing vendor relationshipsExperience launching and scaling new channelsKnowledge of personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscapeDemonstrated analytical and project management skillsMinor travel requiredAdditional InformationBenefits/Perks:Great compensation package and bonus planCore benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K, life and disability insurance, and family leaveFlexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-officeFlexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidaysExplore all our exciting benefits here: Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
