Warehouse Lead

Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading cable technology company in Broward County to hire a dependable and experienced Warehouse Lead to support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong warehouse knowledge, equipment operation, and basic computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations, workflow, and staffing support
• Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
• Operate sit-down forklift and order picker (cherry picker) as needed to support daily operations
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Maintain accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and product tracking
• Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook for basic reporting, communication, and operational updates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Train and mentor warehouse associates on processes, safety procedures, and equipment operation
• Support loading and unloading of trucks and staging of materials
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse lead, team lead, or senior warehouse experience preferred
• Hands-on experience operating sit-down forklifts and order pickers required
• Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
