General Manager - Restaurant
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily operations efficiently, and driving the overall success of the restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to contribute to a vibrant dining environment and foster a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and maximizing profitability
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
