NCLEX Instructor - Steubenville, OH (On-Site)

Overview Kaplan North America is seeking outgoing Master’s prepared nurses passionate about onboarding new graduates for the NCLEX exam. The position is on‑site in Steubenville, OH, with optional benefits and PRN schedule. Responsibilities Maintain high energy level and engage students to ensure an excellent student experience. Effectively facilitate learning and learner development. Learn Kaplan methodology and strategies quickly. Facilitate active classroom management. Attend faculty meetings, professional development workshops and ongoing instructional meetings as required. Support students through the Kaplan Learning Integrated Coaching (KLIC) program, providing individualized guidance via email. Qualifications MSN or BSN required. Current, unencumbered RN license. 5+ years of clinical nursing experience. Prior teaching/training experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and leadership skills. Weekday availability required. Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly teaching rates starting at $40/hr. Hourly coaching rate $35/hr. Paid training and preparation time. Pay increases. Established curriculum. Seasonal position based on nursing school graduation dates and testing cycles.
