La persona seleccionada colaborará en el desarrollo, pruebas y mantenimiento de sitios web y aplicaciones web responsivas, trabajando junto a diseñadores, desarrolladores y responsables de proyectos. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para quienes desean construir una sólida base en desarrollo web front-end y back-end dentro de un entorno colaborativo.## Responsabilidades* Desarrollar y mantener sitios web y aplicaciones web responsivas.* Escribir código limpio, eficiente y reutilizable utilizando tecnologías web modernas.* Colaborar en el diseño de interfaces intuitivas y en la mejora de la funcionalidad de los sitios web.* Trabajar junto a desarrolladores senior, diseñadores UI/UX y gestores de proyectos en iniciativas de desarrollo.* Identificar, depurar y solucionar errores en sitios web e implementar las correcciones necesarias.* Optimizar aplicaciones para mejorar la velocidad, el rendimiento y la escalabilidad.* Realizar pruebas y controles de calidad para garantizar la confiabilidad de los sitios web.* Mantener y actualizar aplicaciones web existentes y sistemas de gestión de contenido (CMS).* Participar en revisiones de código y reuniones del equipo.* Mantenerse al día con las nuevas tecnologías, frameworks y mejores prácticas del desarrollo web.## Requisitos* Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnologías de la Información, Desarrollo Web o carrera afín (o experiencia práctica equivalente).* Conocimientos básicos de **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript** y principios de diseño responsivo.* Familiaridad con frameworks de front-end como **React, Angular o Vue.js** (deseable).* Conocimientos de tecnologías back-end como **Node.js, PHP, Python o Java** (preferible).* Comprensión de bases de datos como **MySQL, PostgreSQL o MongoDB**.* Familiaridad con herramientas de control de versiones como **Git y GitHub**.* Buenas habilidades de resolución de problemas y pensamiento analítico.* Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse de manera efectiva.* Interés por aprender nuevas tecnologías y metodologías de desarrollo.## Habilidades Deseables* Experiencia en proyectos de desarrollo web académicos, prácticas profesionales o proyectos personales.* Conocimientos de **APIs REST** y servicios web.* Familiaridad con **WordPress** u otros sistemas de gestión de contenidos (CMS).* Conocimientos básicos sobre seguridad web y principios de **SEO**.* Experiencia o conocimientos en metodologías ágiles como **Agile** o **Scrum**.## Beneficios* Salario competitivo e incentivos basados en el desempeño.* Seguro médico, dental y de visión.* Vacaciones pagadas y días festivos.* Oportunidades de capacitación y desarrollo profesional.* Ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y orientado al crecimiento.* Oportunidad de trabajar con tecnologías modernas y proyectos del mundo real.
