Senior Business Operations Manager

The opportunity Unity's Grow division is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to serve as the strategic liaison between our regional revenue leaders and the central business. This role combines executive presence, stakeholder management, and operational excellence—driving initiatives forward with go-to-market teams while ensuring regional voice influences product, marketing, and company strategy. You'll be the pusher and advocate for our revenue teams, representing regional leaders to the business while building the operational infrastructure that enables their success. You'll translate customer feedback into a coherent story, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the business hears and responds to what's happening on the ground. This is a high-impact role for someone who builds trust quickly with executives, thrives on managing stakeholders, and knows how to drive initiatives to completion across organizational boundaries. What you'll be doing Stakeholder Management & Regional Advocacy Serve as the primary liaison between regional revenue leaders (Sales and Account Management) and central business functions (Product, Marketing, Leadership), representing business teams and ensuring priorities and feedback influence strategic decisions Translate regional needs into clear business requirements and drive them through organizational processes Push initiatives forward with GTM teams, ensuring cross-functional projects move from planning to execution Remove blockers and navigate organizational complexity to keep revenue teams moving Hold teams accountable to commitments and timelines while maintaining strong working relationships Voice of the Business & Feedback Infrastructure Own the feedback loop from regional teams and customers back to Product, Marketing, and leadership.
