Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Australian English)

Role Overview
Provide high-quality Australian English voice recordings to train and evaluate an internal customer experience AI agent. This role focuses on producing clear, expressive, and consistent speech across varied scripts to help build natural, human-like text to speech. It is well suited to experienced voice actors, narrators, or broadcasters who can deliver controlled, clean audio in a professional recording environment.
Key Responsibilities- Record high quality voice samples across a range of scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material
- Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with control of tone, pacing, and pronunciation
- Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across multiple recording sessions
- Follow detailed recording guidelines covering environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
- Provide multiple takes and controlled variations in emotion, emphasis, and style when requested
- Native English speaker with an authentic Australian accent, currently based in Australia
- Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
- Access to a professional or near professional recording setup, for example a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter
- Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range
- Ability to follow scripts precisely while keeping delivery natural
- Reliable availability for 5 to 10 hours per week during the project
- Experience recording for TTS systems, audiobooks, IVR, or AI voice datasets
- Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
- Ability to produce multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm
- Location: Remote work, applicants must be based in Australia
- Engagement type: Hourly
- Expected weekly commitment: 5 to 10 hours
- Compensation: 50 per hour
- Recordings will be used exclusively for the client internal CX AI agent, and will not be sold, licensed, or reused for other products, datasets, or purposes
- Your recorded voice may be cloned for the client CX agent. Only apply if you consent to voice cloning for this specific use case
- Must be a native English speaker with an authentic Australian accent and currently located in Australia
- Must have access to the required recording equipment and a quiet recording environment
- Must be comfortable with the client using your recordings to create a cloned voice for their internal CX agent
