Senior Tax Analyst

Our client is a media firm. They seek a Senior Tax Analyst to join their Los Angeles, CA office. Responsibilities Gather, examine, and verify vendor-submitted W-9 and W-8 documentation Track vendor payment activity to assess reporting obligations and withholding requirements Help prepare and reconcile annual 1042-S filings Support resolution of IRS notices, audit requests, and reporting discrepancies Manage and maintain compliance timelines and filing deadlines Collaborate with Accounts Payable and other teams to ensure clean, accurate vendor records Provide support during audits, stakeholder inquiries, and ad hoc reporting requests Identify and help implement opportunities for process automation and improvement Requirements 3+ years of 1042 tax experience required Detail-oriented Ability to thrive in a high-volume shared services environment Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Abacus Group
