Assist in the evaluation of new project financial analysis and coordination
o Project cost analysis
o Process tracking
o Vendor coordination
o Pre-development due diligence
o Pro-forma modeling
o Weekly development meeting minutes and updates
· Analyze existing portfolio trends and assist with budget preparation
Real Estate Development Roles
o City entitlement administration
o Timeline tracking
o Design and construction meeting attendance and minutes
o Construction loan draw creation and submission
o Procurement of owner furnished items for new developments
o Management of cost logs
o Coordination between development and operations
o Project turnover and punch coordination
o Due diligence coordination
Investor Relations Management
o Investor communication management
o Juniper Square software system management
o Administration of monthly, quarterly, and annual documents
