Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Home Health contract in Vero Beach, FL . This is an excellent opportunity to join a patient-focused team while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Job Details

· Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

· Coverage Areas: Vero Beach, North Vero and Sebastian

· Duration: 13 Weeks

· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

· Hours: 40 hours per week

· Pay Rate: $53 to $ 55.90

· Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits

· On-Call Requirement: None

· Weekend Requirement: None

Responsibilities

· Complete Start of Care (SOC) visits

· Perform Resumption of Care visits

· Conduct routine home health nursing visits

· Assess patient conditions and document findings accurately

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

· Provide patient education and support

Requirements

· Active RN license

· Recent Home Health experience

· Strong OASIS experience

· Ability to manage patient visits independently

· Reliable transportation for local travel

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
