Radiologic Technologist - Up to $12,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Overview Here at Fairview, we are now seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team at Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming, MN! This is a .8 FTE (64 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work the following schedule, plus 2 holidays per year: Week 1: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12 AM Week 2: Friday - Sunday, 3:30 PM - 12 AM Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 3:30 AM - 12 AM Week 4: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 12 AM Employees working the majority of their allocated shift hours between 3 PM and 11 PM receive an additional $6.00 per hour on top of base rate & shift differentials. This position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus that is prorated based on experience. Responsibilities Maintains patient care. Performs examinations. Identifies relevant data from images accurately. Communicates pertinent data clearly to the appropriate health‑care professional. Verifies patient identification and documentation. Communicates with and educates patients regarding pertinent information during all aspects of exam. Achieves quality diagnostic images through correct patient positioning and use of technical factors according to protocol. Ensures patient data integrity. Accurately completes computer functions; edits, scheduling, billing, status changes and image transfers in a timely manner. Accurate image marking and digital image manipulation and archiving. Participates as an active team member. Orients and mentors new employees and students. Required Qualifications ARRT Certification/Registration. Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross). Preferred Qualifications

B.S./B.A.

3 years experience as a technologist in a hospital setting.
