Internal Medicine Physician | Southern California | $30K Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join our mission-driven healthcare team serving Native American communities in beautiful East San Diego County.

This full-time outpatient opportunity offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community.

Position Highlights

• Full-time employed position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $5,000 Relocation Bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services within the scope of licensure and community standards of care
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Coordinate specialty referrals and patient follow-up
• Document patient encounters in the electronic health record
• Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other clinical staff
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• California Medical License or ability to obtain
• Active DEA Registration
• Current CPR Certification
• Experience in community-based healthcare preferred
• Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
• Sensitivity to Native American culture and values
