A growing Warranty Claims Processing company is expanding its team!!! The position is temp to perm and is full time. Please see the job duties and qualifications below:
- Perform research and reviews on all warranty claims and process them according to warranty policy.
- On time communication with team and making sure all warranty can be processed according to warranty policy.
- Processing all warranty claims are making sure that it is processed on time.
- Maintain projected Queue of warranty claims; All warranty email communication need to be on time.
- Assist various departments and fulfill all warranty requirements via email and phone.
- Assist Authorized Service Centers with all warranty inquiry and questions.
- Assist RSM and other managers with all warranty inquiry and questions.
- Monitor all warranty inquiries and make sure it is processed according to policy.
- Supervise/review all information updated on database and make sure it is correct.
- Maintain knowledge on various warrant programs by active participation in education programs.
- Ensure B2B relationship satisfaction and ensure compliance to all warranty specifications.
- Evaluate databases and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings.
- Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to warranty policy.
- Manage all warranty claims, re-direct claims of required and ensure appropriate action.
- Maintain warranty records and information.
