Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $22/hr - $25/hr Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information and solutions. Troubleshoot basic product and service issues and *escalate* complex cases when necessary. Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system. Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while maintaining a personable approach. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience. Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to all company policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and data security. Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative: Customer-focused mindset. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative: 2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone presence. Excellent active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems quickly. Ability to type and navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers. Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus. Coursework or training in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
