LPN Clinical Admissions CoordinatorVNA Care is seeking an LPN Clinical Admission Coordinator to join our Worcester team.Position Summary: Reviews and coordinates all needed clinical information prior to patient admission to ensure the perfect pathway for new patients and to ensure an exceptional customer service experience for the patient. Communicates with branches and teams regarding new patients and maintains positive, professional relationships with all internal and external customers.Compensation based on experience: $28.00 - $38.00Schedule:On-Site: Monday, Wednesday 8:00AM-4:30PM; VNA Care 67 Millbrook Street Worcester, MA 01606Remote: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00AM-4:30PMWeekend and Holiday rotationCurrent LPN License required.Experience:• Minimum 2 years related experience including medical/surgical and community health and/or experience with a managed care organization.
