What Where ERP/CRM Implementation & Project Manager The ERP/CRM Implementation & Project Manager is responsible for supporting and driving the implementation and ongoing development of the Group’s technology ecosystem, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the current preferred platform. This role will manage delivery across internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders, while also supporting the longer-term roadmap of the platform. The scope includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the Group’s ERP backbone, together with selected Dynamics applications such as Sales and Customer Service to support CRM capability, wine inventory, logistics workflows, and customer-facing tools including a digitised wine list. This is a hands-on role requiring strong delivery discipline, sound systems understanding, and practical business judgement. The successful candidate will be expected to translate business requirements into workable solutions, manage vendors effectively, and ensure the resulting platform is scalable, supportable, and aligned to live hospitality and wine operations. Dynamics Implementation and Platform Development • Lead the delivery of the Group’s Microsoft Dynamics roadmap, with initial focus on Business Central ERP, CRM capability, wine inventory, logistics workflows, and customer-facing tools. • Manage end-to-end implementation across the Group, ensuring clear scope, governance, timelines, budget control, and alignment to business priorities. • Ensure solutions are integrated, practical, and scalable across multiple clubs, future openings, and connected systems including POS, reservations, and related platforms. • Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and delivery plans across finance, procurement, inventory, membership, commercial, and operations. • Coordinate key project activities including workshops, design review, data migration, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilisation. Vendor and Partner Management • Act as the primary point of coordination across internal teams, implementation partners, and third- party vendors.

- Ensure defects, process gaps, and change impacts are identified and addressed ahead of go-live.

- Identify opportunities to improve the Dynamics ecosystem and contribute to the future roadmap.
