We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to assist with the role below. This role does offer great work-life balance in a more relaxed work environment with great support staff, lower number of patients per day; and you're off every weekend and holiday!

Details:
- Setting: Home Health (Hospice & Palliative Care)
- Location: Nacogdoches/Lufkin, TX
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) & On Call 7 days every 5-6 weeks
- Duration: Locums to Perm
- Duties:
- Acute Care/Hospital & Home Health/Hospice
- Knowledge of terminally ill patients and families
- Ability to apply knowledge of the special needs of hospice patient and families
- Knowledge of general nursing practice
- 3-5 pts/daily
Required :
- Active TXlicense
- Board Certified
- 1 year experience with Geriatric population
Compensation :
- $110K-$150K/yr + bonuses
- Receive a paycheck every Friday
- 100% of malpractice insurance covered
