We’re hiring Landscape Laborers and Foremen to work on dynamic outdoor projects. You’ll join the union after hiring , not before — so apply now! What We’re Looking For: A positive, can-do attitude Willingness to learn and work well in a team Prior landscape construction experience Reliable transportation to and from job sites Valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical job demands Able to pass a drug screen (if requested) Completion of M.U.S.T. safety modules (required after hire, not before) We Value Team Players Who Are: Self-motivated and dependable Detail-oriented Good at multitasking Comfortable following instructions Requirements: Prior landscape construction experience Valid driver’s license Dependable and reliable transportation to and from job sites Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform a wide range of tasks Willing and able to pass a drug screen upon request Completion of M.U.S.T. safety modules (required after hire) Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset Wage Rates (based on skill set) Base rate: $20.61 -$26.93/hour Vacation: $3.00 Health Care: $6.00 Annuity: $3.00 Training: $.10 LECET: $.06 IAP: $.10 TOTAL: $23.71- $39.19/hr Advancement based on skills, attitude and job performance.
