Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a data solutions company in Plano, TX. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor systems and related equipment to ensure optimal performance in a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills, along with experience working on automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems, including belts, chains, and moving parts
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Work with small motors, sensors, and automated equipment
Assist with PLC troubleshooting and basic diagnostics
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

Resume required with detailed and recent work history
Interview required prior to placement
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial or warehouse setting
Hands-on experience with conveyor systems (belts, chains, motors, moving components)
Basic knowledge of PLCs and automated systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a high-volume or automated facility
Electrical troubleshooting experience
Familiarity with data center or logistics environments
