NOW HIRING: Dental Treatment Coordinator Family Dental Station | Glendale, AZ We are looking for a motivated, organized, and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Family Dental Station! The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements, and helping patients understand the value of their dental care. Our goal is to provide an exceptional patient experience while helping patients move forward with the treatment they need. Job Expectations & Responsibilities Present and explain dental treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients. Review treatment recommendations, including restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, and implant procedures. Discuss treatment costs, insurance estimates, financing options, and payment arrangements. Help patients understand their insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket expenses. Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment plans to encourage scheduling and treatment acceptance. Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, the front office, and insurance team to ensure a smooth patient experience. Schedule treatment appointments and manage the treatment pipeline. Verify that treatment plans, consent forms, financial arrangements, and patient records are complete and accurate. Maintain professional, compassionate, and effective communication with patients. Meet established goals for treatment acceptance, case presentation, and scheduled production. Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and contribute to the overall success of the practice. Qualifications Previous dental office experience preferred. Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Assistant, or Front Office Coordinator is a plus. Knowledge of dental terminology, common procedures, and treatment planning. Familiarity with dental insurance, benefit breakdowns, and patient financing options. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex treatment plans in a clear, patient-friendly manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and following up with patients. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment.
