Job Description

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc., is seeking an experienced and motivated Night Supervisor to oversee operations across commercial facilities throughout the South Shore and Greater Boston area.

SUPERVISOR - JANITORIAL - NIGHTS

FULL TIME OR PART TIME

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM with flexible work hours

4:00 PM - 9:00 PM with flexible work hours

OUR SUPERVISOR WILL:
- Conduct job inspections and quality control checks

-Follow up on client concerns and ensure issues are resolved professionally and promptly

-Assist with staffing coverage, callouts and operational troubleshooting as needed

-Support, train and motivate cleaning technicians in the field

-Perform project work, detail cleaning, and specialty services when needed

-Deliver supplies and provide operational support to field staff

-Ensure company cleaning specifications and procedures are consistently followed

-Communicate regularly with management regarding staffing, quality, client concerns, and operational needs.

-Help maintain a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment

- has industry and project work knowledge

- has supervisory skills

- has training experience

- is bilingual (Portuguese preferred)

- is available to work 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday OR 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm (SOME FLEXIBILITY AVAILABLE)

- works well with others

- is adaptable/able to change

- has the ability to learn and to teach

- has an eye for detail

- has a good attitude

- is self-motivated
