The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving search dominance, doubling inbound qualified leads, strengthening SSA’s authority in the market, and managing the full digital experience from website to lead capture. This role requires someone who thinks strategically, executes relentlessly, and measures everything. This is not a social media coordination role. This is an ownership role with clear outcomes tied directly to growth. You will own SEO, website optimization, inbound lead management, and content strategy — and be accountable for measurable performance results. How You Will Make an Impact Own and execute SSA’s enterprise-level SEO strategy with the goal of ranking #1 for high-intent keywords across core service verticals Drive a 2x increase in inbound qualified leads within 12 months Position SSA as the clear digital authority and market leader in scientific safety Manage and continuously optimize SSA’s website for performance, user experience, and conversion Build and execute a high-quality content strategy aligned to growth priorities Develop landing pages and campaigns that convert traffic into qualified leads Implement structured lead tracking, scoring, and routing processes Partner with Sales and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion Analyze performance data and continuously optimize for ROI Manage inbound lead flow to ensure speed-to-lead and accountability Contribute to strengthening SSA’s brand positioning across acquisitions and verticals Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO optimization while maintaining high quality and brand voice Implement AI-driven workflows to improve marketing efficiency, personalization, and conversion performance Deliverables & Outcomes #1 rankings for targeted high-intent keywords 2x inbound qualified leadsImproved website conversion rate Increased domain authority and backlink quality Clear marketing attribution tied to revenue Strong alignment between Marketing and Sales on lead quality Clean reporting dashboards showing performance by channel Consistent production of high-quality thought leadership content What We’re Looking For 5+ years of digital marketing experience with significant SEO ownership Proven success ranking competitive keywords and driving measurable traffic growth Strong experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools Experience managing and optimizing websites (WordPress or similar CMS preferred) Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and lead funnel strategy Experience managing inbound lead flow and CRM integration Strong analytical, strategic, and execution capabilities Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment Ownership mindset with high accountability for measurable outcomes Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, automation platforms) to enhance marketing performance Ability to critically evaluate AI output and refine for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment Benefits Equity ownership in SSA 401k Match 100% paid Medical Dental & Vision insurance Health insurance (100% for employee and family) Life insurance Uncapped PTO Parental leave #J-18808-Ljbffr Scientific Safety Alliance
