2027 Tax Winter Intern - Private Client Services (PCS)

What you’ll be doing As a PCS intern, you will work with the PCS team to learn the process of preparing financial statements and perform compilations and reviews. You will also learn the preparation procedures of federal and state income tax returns. Availability & Work Schedule Work in a hybrid setting for 24 hours over 3 business days (Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:30pm). Live within commutable distance to your assigned office. Work a minimum of 2–3 days per week in‑person at your assigned office. Complete the entire Winter Internship Program starting in early January 2027. Participants who receive a Winter or Summer Internship 2027 offer may attend the Summer Leadership Program, a 1‑day conference at the end of May through June 2026. Basic Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in accounting, or an equivalent program. 0–2 years of recent public accounting experience. Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Preferred / Desired Qualifications Meeting minimum educational requirements for CPA licensure in the state of your assigned office. 150 academic credits or a Master’s degree in accounting, or an equivalent program. Final graduation date between December 2027 and September 2028. Strong academic track record (minimum GPA3.0). Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word. Strong time‑management, organizational, communication, leadership, analytical, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and with a team.
