Precise Staffing is a growing staffing agency specializing in light industrial and skilled labor placements . We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our team and help us continue expanding our workforce and client partnerships.

Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates for light industrial and skilled labor positions
- Source candidates using Zip Recruiter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting platforms
- Create and post engaging job advertisements
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews
- Complete onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Perform employee check-ins and attendance follow-ups
- Conduct client visits and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity
- Meet weekly recruiting and placement goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience using ZIP Recruiter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel locally for client visits and employee check-ins
- Staffing industry experience preferred
