Licensed Health Insurance Agent - Medicare Sales

You will educate prospective members on available Medicare products, assess individual needs, and guide customers through plan enrollment. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, compliant, sales-driven, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Details

• Location: Boca Raton, FL
• $20/hr + Commission

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales opportunities with prospective Medicare members
• Educate clients on Medicare Plan options
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Complete enrollments accurately and in compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and enrollment systems
• Meet or exceed sales, productivity, and quality performance goals

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License in resident state (additional non-resident licenses a plus)
• Current AHIP certification preferred
• Prior Medicare sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Professionalism and attention to detail
