Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as toileting, hygiene, and showering Support safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts Monitor vital signs and deliver basic and advanced dementia care Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship Offer transportation support and pet care as needed Benefits & Perks Weekly pay ranging from $15 to $17 per hour Paid Time Off (PTO) to help you recharge and maintain balance 401(k) plan with a 4% company match to secure your future Employee rewards program recognizing your hard work and dedication Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1 year experience as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) or Caregiver Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and comfortable working with household pets Current driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Valid physical exam and negative 2-step TB test Ability to clear FBI Background screening, Child Abuse Registry, and Drug Testing Maintain professional appearance with ability to cover tattoos; no facial tattoos Hands-on CPR and First Aid certifications Consistent weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) Work Schedule & Location Part-time position with weekend availability required Shifts available during day, night, and holidays for flexibility On-site work in locations including Summerlin, Southern Highlands, Spring Valley, Anthem, Boulder City, and Lake Las Vegas Office Location: BrightStar Care of W.
