Client Service Representative

Managing a book of business for clients, the full-time Client Service Representative will ensure key deliverables are met while working in a hybrid environment, collaborating in the Edgewood office 2-3 days per week and handling responsibilities remotely. Key responsibilities Manage internal and external client relationships, ensuring accuracy of forms and data entry into tracking databases Create financial documents and oversee the approval process using Adobe software products Perform regular application testing within an Agile development framework while maintaining high productivity and quality standards Required qualifications Strong client services background with experience in high-pressure environments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Outlook and Access Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe InDesign is a plus Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills
