Telecommunications Superintendent

Telecommunications Superintendent Location: Abilene, TX, US Dallas, TX, US Kansas City, KS, US Position Overview: Kiewit is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Superintendent to lead field execution for telecommunications infrastructure on a large-scale, mission-critical data center project in Abilene, Texas. This role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coordination, and execution of telecom construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with Kiewit's quality standards. Responsibilities: Field Leadership & Execution Safety & Quality Schedule, Cost & Productivity Team & Trade Partner Management Client & Stakeholder Coordination Qualifications: Required: 5+ years of experience supervising telecommunications or low-voltage construction, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments. Preferred: Experience on hyperscale data center projects. Other Requirements: Project-based position requiring on-site presence. Work performed in active construction environments. Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and varying shifts based on project needs.
