Subcontract Manager

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, negotiate, award and manage subcontracts in full compliance with DCMA CPSR requirements
Perform Price Analysis
Maintain CPSR-compliant files
Monitor subcontractor deliverables, performance risks, stop-work/terminations and closeouts
Process subcontractor invoices
Support internal audits
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely processing of requests and project milestones
Participate in team meetings and assist with special projects
