Supervisor - Ultrasound Tech
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ultrasound Supervisor to join our imaging team. In this key role, you'll oversee daily operations, uphold high-quality standards, and mentor a talented group of sonographers. Enjoy a flexible MondayFriday schedule with optional 4x10 shifts and no on-call requirements, offering you an excellent work-life balance.
Ultrasound Supervisor Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of ultrasound experience.
- ARDMS certification is required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ultrasound Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the ultrasound team to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Manage daily department operations and workflow efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all imaging protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff to promote professional growth and excellence.
- Monitor equipment performance and facilitate maintenance as necessary.
