1. st Shift: $17-$19 per hour, depending on experience
2. nd Shift: $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience

You'll be: Performing production, assembly, and general labor tasks focused on door manufacturing. Conducting visual quality checks on stacks of doors and repairing defects using hand tools such as glue guns, palm sanders, sanding blocks, chisels, and putty knives. Restacking approved doors, pushing pallets and stacks on conveyors, and preparing doors for paint booths. Documenting unrepairable doors and collaborating with other departments to maintain quality standards. Operating jump tracks, straightening doors, and pushing door stacks onto infeed tracks. Working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with continuous focus on inspection and defect identification. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have experience or interest in production, assembly, or general labor roles-especially in manufacturing. Can read and interpret work instructions and specifications, and have a keen eye for detail. Are skilled in or willing to learn the use of woodworking tools and repair techniques (e.g., glue gun, palm sander, chisel, putty knife). Can manually lift, slide, and flip materials or doors up to 80 lbs, and are comfortable with bending, stooping, twisting, and standing for long periods. Thrive in fast-paced settings and communicate effectively with team members to address process-oriented issues quickly. Are able to work in environments that may be noisy, dusty, and subject to temperature changes. Hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
