Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Career Navigator to deliver integrated workforce planning and case management for job seekers in Okmulgee County. The role involves coaching candidates, developing employment plans, and coordinating with providers to secure placement and retention in work. As part of our Extreme Customer Service culture, you will document interactions, assess barriers, and refer clients to workshops and programs.
