Overview Serve as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on recruitment for manufacturing and engineering roles within a dynamic hybrid work environment. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for approximately 15 requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient hiring. Engage in proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for entry-level and specialized positions. Support onsite engagement initiatives such as job fairs, college fairs, and campus recruiting events. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, team members, and hiring managers. Adapt to changing priorities and provide recruitment support across various departments as needed. Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance the organization's visibility within the talent market. Key Responsibilities & Duties Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Organize and participate in local recruitment events to attract top talent. Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support global opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during recruitment activities. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in Human Resources or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within manufacturing or engineering sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong customer service skills and a sense of urgency in recruitment activities. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders. Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with varying schedules.
