We currently have an overflow of buyer opportunities and scheduled appointments , and we are looking for motivated, full-time Real Estate Buyer’s Agents who are ready to meet with clients, build relationships, and help buyers find and purchase their next home.

This is not a cold-calling job. You don't have to spend your days chasing strangers for business.

Our Marketing and Inside Sales teams generate, qualify, and nurture opportunities so our Buyer’s Agents can focus on what they do best: meeting with buyers, showing homes, writing offers, negotiating contracts, and closing transactions.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Active Real Estate License in Texas

• Houston-area real estate agent

• Buyer’s Agent, Real Estate Sales Agent, Realtor, or residential real estate sales experience preferred

• Spanish-speaking preferred

• Full-time availability

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working with buyers and guiding them through the home-buying process

• Technology-driven and comfortable learning CRM and sales systems

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Excellent negotiation and networking abilities

• Driven, self-motivated, coachable, and committed to professional growth

• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude

• Proven sales experience and a track record of success preferred

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent

• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

• Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth

• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

• Organized and have the ability to manage time effectively

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
