$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based

• Meet with home buyers and learn about their goals, needs, and timeline

• Help buyers search for and evaluate homes

• Schedule and conduct property showings

• Educate clients throughout the home-buying process

• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts

• Guide buyers from their initial consultation through closing

• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and leads

• Use our CRM and systems to manage your pipeline and appointments

• Provide an exceptional client experience that creates referrals and repeat business

• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and sales training

• Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in listing or sales preferred
• Ability to perform market analysis and pricing strategy
• Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
• Coachable, driven, and results-focused mindset
