Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced 4500 MS/Tele RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role is perfect for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry care, willing to work in a complex care unit, and proficient in EPIC charting. As a travel position, the environment will require adaptability and proficiency in handling a range of patient care duties.

Key Responsibilities of the 4500 MS/Tele RN

• Care for medicine, ortho overflow, and complex long-term patients
• Manage a patient ratio between 1:5 and 1:7 for MedSurg
• Float between units as necessary
• Administer feeding tube and blood products, manage central and PICC lines
• Perform phlebotomy and manage heparin protocols
• Operate telemetry equipment, manage pacemakers, and respond to rapid response/code situations
• Conduct wound care including use of wound vac
• Handle respiratory support equipment including high flow nasal cannula and tracheostomy management

Requirements of the 4500 MS/Tele RN

• Must have a current NY license in hand
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Valid BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:6
