Role Overview Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead store operations, ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. Key Responsibilities Create a high‑energy, compelling store experience by engaging customers and modeling appropriate service behaviors to associates. Supervise and coach associates, providing consistent coaching on the sales training process to ensure the highest level of service and sales. Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with the Store Manager on elevated consumer issues. Participate in the training process for new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy, and programs. Partner with store management to set expectations, coach, and create an environment that encourages engagement, retention, and talent. Deliver formal performance feedback in partnership with store management. Efficiently handle all cash handling and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, replenishment) while maintaining standards. Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy. Flex store business strategies and meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily. Supervise the store team in the absence of another management member. Comply with all Levi’s® Stores policy, procedure, and programs. Qualifications & Skills Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid, reliable transportation. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, walk, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, stoop, and reach as required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage range: $15.55 – $25.90 (based on experience and qualifications). 401(k) match of 1.25‑to‑1 up to 6% of pay, paid volunteer time, 50% employee discount on regular‑price merchandise, health & wellness coverage, paid time off (3–4+ weeks), and more.
