Senior Technical Product Manager & Product Owner

Senior Technical Product ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Technical Product Manager to join a leading power and energy technology organization. In this role, you will drive innovation for transmission and distribution (T&D) automation and control software products designed to advance the Cleantech and Utilities sectors. This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer and requires a balance of product leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include defining product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and industry trends, translating customer needs into clear technical and functional product requirements, collaborating with internal teams, leading Agile-based product development cycles, conducting competitive analyses and monitoring emerging trends, serving as a product evangelist and subject matter expert, supporting technical pre-sales activities, assessing and mitigating technical risks, coordinating beta testing, ensuring alignment between business goals, technical capabilities, and end-user needs.Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred), minimum 5 years of Technical Product Management or Product Engineering experience in the Power Transmission & Distribution Automation sector (or 3+ years with a Master's), 4 years as a Product Owner in Agile environments, 2+ years' experience with Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps frameworks, strong experience with enterprise-level Agile SDLC processes, proven ability to gather and aggregate technical and functional requirements, hands-on scripting or programming experience, excellent communication and client engagement skills, and authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.Compensation & Benefits We offer a comprehensive compensation package designed to recognize your expertise and support your career growth: Base salary: $120,000 – $190,000 per year (based on experience and location), Bonus eligible, Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, Relocation assistance available for ideal candidates.Work Environment Locations: Fairfield, CA, or Southlake (Dallas), TX Schedule: Full-time; on-site from day one (hybrid or remote options available for exceptional candidates) Travel: Up to 25% Perks: Opportunity to shape next-generation energy and utilities technology products within a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
