Construction PM - Lean, Client-Facing, 10-20% Travel

Welty Energy in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of commercial-building projects using Lean construction principles. The role requires coordinating with owners, architects and subcontractors to meet time, cost and quality targets while onsite at NE Ohio projects as needed.

The position reports to the Director of Construction and demands 5–10+ years of PM experience on large-scale projects, proficiency with Procore and MS Office, and a track
