Recruitment Manager

On behalf of our client, a well-established and growing recruitment business, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on recruitment manager to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining business development, recruitment delivery, and people management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a recruitment operation from the ground up, shape its direction, and play a central role in the company's future growth. Responsibilities In this recruitment manager role, you will have to: Identify, approach, and secure new clients Hire, onboard, and train a recruitment team Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted recruitment partner Work closely with senior management to define pricing, positioning, and growth strategy Personally manage key roles and clients, especially in the early stages Design and implement recruitment processes, KPIs, and best practices Coach recruiters on sourcing, interviewing, and client management Create a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team culture To become the recruitment manager we are looking for you must have: Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, ideally in an agency environment Background in generic / multi-specialty recruitment Strong business development experience within recruitment Ability to build processes and structure from scratch Comfortable working hands-on while also leading a team Nice-to-Have: Experience scaling a recruitment division Existing client network If you succeed in this recruitment manager role, then you will have: Opportunity to build and lead a new business line High level of autonomy and influence on company strategy Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Clear career progression aligned with the growth of the division Supportive leadership and entrepreneurial environment Hybrid working model #J-18808-Ljbffr speakit
