Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional education or training in Business, Customer Service, Technical Support, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to read technical documentation, assembly drawings, and electrical diagrams.

Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service, order processing, inside sales, technical support, or parts support experience preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, machinery, or equipment-related environment is a plus.
• Previous experience using ERP systems, sales order entry software, or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and parts documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Experience supporting equipment, machinery, replacement parts, or technical products is highly desirable.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and order processing.
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and customer support systems.
• Ability to review detailed technical documents, drawings, and customer records.

Job Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and customer support portals.
• Verify customer accounts, machine registrations, serial numbers, and account information.
• Assist customers with account setup, registration, and product support inquiries.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the customer service database.
• Utilize electrical and mechanical parts documentation to help customers identify correct replacement parts.
• Prepare and communicate quotations, including pricing and product availability.
• Process parts and accessories orders while confirming shipping requirements and delivery details.
• Track customer orders and provide updates regarding order status, shipment progress, and tracking information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to expedite customer requests and resolve issues.
