Unit Manager Opportunity At Concord VillageConcord Village is a beautiful skilled nursing & rehabilitation facility that opened in 2016 with a primary focus to provide short-stays for patients who were recently in the hospital for surgery or illness, before heading home. We are located about 20 min northeast of Cleveland, Ohio in Lake County behind Tripoint Hospital.We are currently recruiting for a RN or experienced LPN to serve as a Unit Manager. Previous skilled nursing facility charge nurse experience required; previous experience as a nurse manager or advanced practice certifications a plus, like Infection Preventionist.Responsibilities:Oversee clinical outcomes of assigned unit.Conducts chart reviews and audits.Reviews nursing assessments for accuracy.Assist and guide charge nurses with clinical tasks.Assist physicians with rounds, as needed.Serve as a champion of a facility quality program.Assist charge nurses with proper dressing changes and treatments.Willingness to help clinical staff where needed.Assist the Director of Nursing.Qualifications:Current Ohio RN license preferred (experienced LPN will be considered)Infection Preventionist Certification a plus.Experience with Point Click Care electronic medical record required.Experience working as a charge nurse in a skilled nursing facility required.Other advanced practice certifications or experience a plus.Feel free to also call or text for more info or with questions or to schedule a facility tour:View phone number on click.appcast.io Alicia LNHA/Recruitment
