Specialty Business Manager, Derm - Roseville, CA/ Reno, NV

Responsibilities Drive demand through education after potential regulatory approval for assigned product. Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in Dermatology practices, clinics, hospital accounts, and independent physician offices. Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education for medical staff. Coordinate clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer) and conduct account management activities. Execute clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and provide targeted sales messages using approved materials. Present complex clinical/business information to office/institutional Dermatologists and other decision-making groups. Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs. Manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office). Support patient-first values and adhere to compliance policies/training. Minimum Qualifications BA/BS. 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years at Takeda. Demonstrated business/strategic planning skills; understanding of managed care landscape. Strong verbal, written, influencing, and presentation skills. Strong collaboration skills. Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography. Preferred 5+ years direct selling to HCPs. Experience calling on Dermatologists. Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues. Training/Travel/Licenses Pass mandatory product training with written/oral exams. Valid Driver’s License; drive/fly to accounts; 25–50% overnight travel.
