Outsourced Controller

The Controller will be expected to be capable of performing the following responsibilities: Track expenses, budget, cash flow, receipts, and other accounting and admin aspects of the clients you will be working with Develop financial reports and analyses to assist clients Monitor accounts payable and receivable Maintain and review a general ledger Formulate budgets and cash flow projections, as needed Maintain monthly accounting close Formulate monthly reconciliations, financial statements, and all supporting documents Ready subcontractor 1099’s, and any other IRS year-end requirement Assist in the preparation of audit packages and board reporting Other special projects as requested Skilled in credit card management and reconciliation Ability to train other staff members 2+ years of experience as a Controller or equivalent position Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Detailed and have the ability to work independently Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges Ability to meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Cerini and Associates, LLP
