We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Commercial Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Blueprint & Takeoff Mastery: Analyze architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and project specifications to perform comprehensive digital material takeoffs (using software like On-Center, PlanSwift, or MeasureSquare).
• Scope Review & Project Evaluation: Attend pre-bid meetings and review scopes of work thoroughly to account for specialized installation labor, unique site conditions, and complex material requirements.
• Concurrent Timeline Management: Successfully juggle several long-term bidding and estimating processes at once , managing tight deadlines for multiple large-scale commercial bids simultaneously to ensure perfect submittals without interruption.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Outsource: Solicit and evaluate vendor quotes for specialized materials and negotiate subcontractor pricing to optimize bid competitiveness.
• Proposal Generation: Compile precise, detailed cost estimates and comprehensive formal proposals to present to general contractors and corporate stakeholders.

The essential functions of this role include:
