Estimator/Project Manager

Structural Steel Estimator / Project Manager – Long Island, NY Responsibilities Manage structural steel projects from estimating through fabrication and erection Prepare quantity takeoffs, material estimates, and bid support Review contract drawings, specifications, and RFIs Coordinate with fabricators, shop teams, engineers, architects, and general contractors Oversee shop drawings, erection drawings, and detailing packages Track schedules, submissions, and project deliverables Ensure compliance with AISC standards and QA/QC procedures Qualifications 5+ years of structural steel estimating, detailing, or project management experience Strong knowledge of structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with field/shop operations Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience Structural steel detailing and modeling Fabrication coordination and erection support Material takeoffs and cost control Client and subcontractor coordination Experience working with commercial and industrial steel projects Competitive salary, benefits, and long‑term growth opportunity available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
